Bette Blance is from New Zealand, an experienced educator at primary 5 – 11 year olds, secondary 12-17 year olds and teacher education students at Griffith University, Queensland, Australia. She is an instructor with William Glasser International and currently represents New Zealand on the Board of Directors of William Glasser International.
Bette was the co-creator of the Take Charge of Your Life workshop in 2014 which was developed as a tribute to the late Dr William Glasser. The workshop has since been translated into a number of different languages and taught around the world.
In schools, this workshop introduces teachers to Choice Theory as a way of helping them to be more in control of their lives, to be happier and to develop sustained and meaningful relationships
with their students.
