Our PACFA-approved THRIVE supervision training program is specifically designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, and mental health professionals who want to develop comprehensive supervision skills while meeting professional accreditation requirements. This fully online program combines the flexibility of remote learning with the engagement of interactive workshops and structured group experiences.

Program Structure
The training unfolds in two complementary phases. The intensive 3-day live online component takes place on Thursday 20th, Friday 21st, and Saturday 22nd November 2025, running from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST each day via Zoom. This foundational experience is followed by 14 hours of PACFA-approved online group work conducted over a minimum three-month period, allowing participants to consolidate their learning through practical application and peer collaboration.
Investment Options
Participants can choose from flexible pricing arrangements to suit their needs. The 3-day training component is available for $1,190, while the 14-hour group work component costs $660. Those who commit to the complete experience save $160 with our package price of $1,690, and payment plans are available to make the investment more manageable.

The program places particular emphasis on understanding stress, burnout, and resilience within supervision contexts, equipping participants with strategies to support supervisees facing challenges and resistance. Practical elements include documentation systems, contract development, note-keeping protocols, and the business aspects of building a successful private supervision practice.
Recognition and Credentials
Graduates receive a Certificate of Attainment in Supervision that is fully recognised by PACFA and accepted for College of Supervision eligibility. This credential demonstrates your competence to provide effective, ethical, and professional supervision within the Australian mental health landscape.
